As an intern on the marketing team at Fidem, my primary role involves data analysis and research. I use HubSpot to update our customer contact information and to export customer data for analysis. One project I am working on is building machine learning models to analyze customer purchase patterns, enabling us to predict customer actions before they occur. Additionally, analyzing the data to determine which marketing strategies are effective and which are not. Fidem is trying to grow and take on the role of debt collection, rather than using third-party collectors. To develop this, I set up Job roles on Indeed/LinkedIn and created a hiring account that I manage. I also research state laws related to debt collection, as some states have laws that differ from federal laws.
