I have built and guided a team of over 100 engineers and managers, fostering innovation and contributing to the advancement of multiple patents. My career spans more than 25 years across automotive engineering, with a focus on product development, supplier collaboration, and advanced manufacturing. By combining experience from OEMs, Tier I, and Tier II suppliers, I bring a comprehensive perspective to creating high-quality, scalable products.
