I’m a Salesforce Certified Administrator with experience creating multiple Salesforce apps, renaming Visualforce pages and custom tabs through the Lightning App Builder, and creating reports, dashboards, and email templates for a consultancy startup. I also have experience building Salesforce Flows to solve business automation challenges. My background includes social media experience such as growing my own wildlife social media brand to ~ followers, handling tech support-related cases as a process specialist, and over 6 months in a sales specialist role; accumulating 2 years of end-user experience on the Salesforce platform.
