Although labrum surgery sidelined my collegiate baseball career, the journey served as a catalyst in understanding the intricate biomechanics of the shoulder, and ultimately, greater musculoskeletal relationships altogether. While a rigorous undergraduate and graduate curriculum instilled the scientific foundation to practice medicine as a clinician, various research publications, grant awards, and clinical decision support endeavors ignited a passion in healthcare innovation as well. I am eager to improve the quality of care delivery and implement healthcare technology to enrich the lives of others.
