I am the author or co-author of six United States patents in SIP technology - 6,870,848, 7,403,607, 7,463,619, 8,355,393, 9,294,518, and 9,001,818. Experienced in large software projects in a variety of programming languages. Primary languages for the last several years have been C, C++, and Java. I was on the team that developed the Avaya MCS 5300 and the Genband A2 SIP communications systems. Five years as a sales engineer supporting VoIP, legacy voice, contact center, self service, and data networking solutions. I have extensive knowledge of unified communications including Microsoft\'s OCS and Lync platforms. I am highly skilled in Avaya and legacy communications platforms. I travel across the United States as a SIP and Avaya Aura evangelist. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). My background in computers, telephony, VoIP, contact centers, and self-service applications provides me with a huge bag of tricks to offer any company.
