Senior Change professional in the Financial Services sector, bringing a wealth of experience leading transformation initiatives to drive strategic outcomes. A proven track record of leading large-scale portfolio and programme change in waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments across diverse business areas, including Regulatory & Compliance, Data, Payments, Economic Crime & Fraud, HR, and Finance.Currently leading Nationwide’s core Customer Data portfolio, where I am responsible for all change, run and Service Management activity. I lead multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams in the UK and globally to prioritise, deliver and support strategic business outcomes.Prior to this I have worked in a number of transformation and delivery roles, leading portfolios of change across varied business areas, utilising waterfall and agile delivery methods as well as leading organisational and process improvement change.
