I currently oversee and support production and throughput whilst utilising Lean manufacturing protocols. Looking at ways to continually improve our processes to achieve high productivity levels, ensuring streamlined thruput from production to assembly and Logistics. I also aim to support multiple teams and ensure a high level of communication is used to ensure good working practice and excellent holistic support.
