Manage security strategies for high-profile events, product deliveries, and photoshoots. • Training & Leadership – Deliver in-store security training to boutique teams, enhancing their awareness and ability to handle security-related incidents effectively. • Supplier & Contractor Oversight – Build and maintain strong relationships with external security providers, ensuring KPI compliance and continuous improvement in service quality. • Incident Management & Crisis Response – Act as the key point of contact during security incidents, ensuring swift resolution and alignment with corporate protocols.By combining strategic security planning, compliance oversight, and hands-on leadership, I contribute to safeguarding Richemont’s people, assets, and reputation in the luxury retail industry.
