Great architecture comes from genuine collaboration — between architects, clients, and builders.My job is to lead that process with clear thinking and honest communication. I bring creative vision and technical knowledge, but I\'ve never confused expertise with having all the answers. Clients bring something I can\'t replicate — they know how they actually live and work, what matters to them, and what they\'re trying to achieve. I listen because that knowledge makes the work better, not as a professional courtesy.I think of the builders I work with as design partners. Their understanding of materials and construction takes ideas beyond what any drawing can capture. Some of my best solutions have come from conversations on site, where plans meet reality and both sides learn something.That same spirit shapes how I think about sustainability. A building that lasts is one that was genuinely wanted, honestly built, and well understood by everyone who made it. Getting that right starts at the top, and I take that seriously.Simply put: good architecture is a team effort. My role is to lead it well and make sure what gets built is worth building.
