   Responsible for overseeing a portfolio consisting of 80 office, industrial and lab buildings owned by Office Properties Income Trust, Industrial Logistics Properties Trust and Diversified Healthcare Trust. • Drive leasing performance of each property through a coordinated effort with leasing brokers and internal leasing team. Over the past 12 months, executed 45 leases in excess of square feet. Responsible for oversight of a leasing team consisting of twelve local team members across ten markets. Responsible for all lease proposal approvals and lease document negotiations. • Evaluate building repositioning opportunities and offer property strategy recommendations to upper management. • Work closely with the local teams and property management to determine a business plan for each building including identifying strategic capital projects, projected leasing assumptions and marketing plans. • Manage a team of three Asset Managers and work closely with them on leasing decisions to ensure portfolio success. • Underwrote and onboarded several portfolio acquisitions including hiring leasing representation and developing a business plan for each asset. This includes the $1.4B First Potomac Realty Trust acquisition which consisted of 74 buildings across Metro DC. • Manage JV partner relationships through frequent leasing discussions, property strategy implementation and business planning. • Work with Portfolio Management and brokers to identify strategic disposition opportunities and work through marketing, diligence and closing. These include a 15-building portfolio in Metro DC for $200M and another 15-building portfolio in Southern VA for $167M.
