I\'m a Policy and Research Manager at the Standard Life Centre for the Future of Retirement, a think tank with a bold ambition to help everyone achieve long-term financial security.Through our research, we look at social and economic trends and listen to people from all walks of life to understand the challenges they face and the things that are most important to them. This helps us make a case for action - and build a clearer picture of how work, saving for retirement, and later life might change in the future.I have a particular interest in research and policy connected to work - including labour market participation, people\'s experiences of work, careers advice, employment support, and work and retirement. I was previously a Senior Researcher at the cross-party think tank Demos, where my research and policy work focused on topics including employment support, public service reform, and climate and energy. I also previously worked in the public services team at the Institute for Government.
