ABOUT ANDREW PETROU
I am one of the solicitors within the property department at YVA Solicitors LLP having completed my professional training at the firm and qualifying in 2018.I specialise in property law, dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including the sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold property, right-to-buy acquisitions, the grant of new leases and lease extensions. I am also heavily involved in refinances involving both residential and commercial property, often acting for borrowers in relation to bridging finance and large-scale refinances of property portfolios, with the more traditional lenders.Outside of the office, I am a fitness enthusiast and enjoy my regular visits to my local gym as well as watching and playing football when the time allows.
