   Currently leading two teams of six to seven engineers developing CMS tools for managing the content on the Sony PlayStation online store. Our technology stack is Apache Tomcat web applications utilizing Spring, Spring Data, Hibernate with Oracle and MySQL backends, and the front end consists of JSP and Velocity templates as well as a fair amount of JavaScript using JQuery and Handlebars, with Bootstrap for the CSS framework. I split my time between two teams, doing design and development on four different applications. As a lead developer a fair amount of my time is spent coordinating with other teams in the organization in diverse geographical locations, influencing the design of our systems to better integrate with our tools, as well as giving direction to my team members on our tool design, best practices, and updates on future system design direction. I also mentor the team members and keep the team unblocked so they can focus on delivering features. In addition I coordinate with outside QA team members and production support, troubleshooting their issues in non-production and production environments.
