ABOUT ANDREW PERRATT

I am an Executive Director of Savills UK and Head of Savills UK’s Residential business. I have the privilege of chairing Savills Residential Board and overseeing our network of Residential offices across the United Kingdom. I am deeply passionate about building high-performing teams and delivering a market-leading customer experience. I am a member of Savills UK Executive Committee, which sets the strategy for our wider UK business.My journey with Savills began in 2001 when I opened the Residential office in Glasgow. By 2004, I became a Director and joined the Scottish Regional Board. From 2009 to 2018, I led the Residential divisions across Scotland, Northern England, the Midlands, and Ireland. In 2018, I joined Savills UK Board and took on the role of Head of Savills Country business, which I held until 2022. Now based at Savills Global HQ on Margaret Street in London, I continue to enjoy the challenge of leadership and the opportunity to shape the future of residential agency in the UK. Outside of work, I’m a keen competitive sailor, which fuels my love for both the sea and the thrill of competition. In addition to my role at Savills, I serve as a Trustee and Director of Glasgow Children\'s Hospital Charity, and am an Alumni of INSEAD International Business School in France.
