ABOUT ANDREW PERCIBALLI
My job is to stop the friction between the doers and policy makers of a cyber security team by giving Infosec full visibility and policy control over Certificates and machine identities. The infrastructure teams who actually execute get a huge automation advantage and save on costs. But don\'t take my word for it; I work in sales. That\'s why much of my time now is Enabling infosec teams with documentation, case studies, Lunch and Learns. I honestly believe Venafi\'s products are incredible and most orgs need them. I spend a lot of my time with existing customers, coordinating so they get value out of what they pay for and we can use our experience to consult them. Once you see 10 or so banks implement step 7 of our processes you get a good feel of what to share with that 11th bank when they get finished with step 6. Here are some topics I love to discuss: Certificate Outage prevention ADCS replacement tools TLS/SSL certificate visibility, audits and automation. Codesigning that builds INTO developer tools. Certificate management within Kubernetes Cert-Manager (we built that) Saas pki SSH observability ABOUT ME: Authenticity > Everything I’m very direct. If I don’t know something I’ll tell you, and that builds trust and respect. I live far away from my team and my clients so I can’t afford to put barriers between you and information. Things I like to do WHEN I\'M NOT working in Cybersecurity: I love all manner of stories; video games, books, D&D the MCU; you name it. I\'ve written a novel and 3 or 4 other things that might never see the light of day (and a panto that got raving local reviews) but I\'ve always got an ongoing writing or creative project I\'ll talk your ear off about
