Responsible for overseeing the financial reporting process for the US, Canada and Latin America, working with corporate specialty functions on accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll related to the Area. Advise Divisional Vice President, and the staff team on strategic financial planning. Lead and manage the budgeting process. Oversee, define, and maintain adequate internal controls. Manage the completion of annual, quarterly, and monthly reports, including analysis of financial results concerning profits, trends, costs, and compliance with budgets and tracking of status and other reports to senior management. Advise on strategies regarding investments required to support Area growth needs and manage cash flow. Define and maintain financial processes and systems, including financial reporting and analysis, and manage the maintenance of records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Work with Corporate tax function to ensure compliance with all required federal, state, local, payroll, property, and other applicable taxes. Review financial operations for compliance with established company financial policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) guidelines.
