Role: Customer Led Transformation, Government and Health Industries, Consulting - Senior Manager • Business development activities for the Customer Managed Service (CMS) Service Tower, including being Bid Lead on a multimillion-pound piece of work. • Ideation, product, service and customer journey for the existing and new technology offerings and solutions, progressing features identified as gaps/areas of development and creating assets. • Clearly defined propositions and assets, progressing these to delivery. • Active in different interest groups, for example the User Centred Design SME group and the Net Zero group. • Volunteered to be a mentor for the Amos Bursary in the Midlands. Outcome: • Drove and delivered sales of CMS solutions. • Demonstrated the quantity and quality of offerings solutions and propositions, with these utilised in bids and delivery. • Helped others develop, via mentoring internally in PwC and externally via the Amos Bursary. PwC Projects Client/Role: Student Loans Company Lifelong Learning Entitlement project – Business Architect at Programme Level • Complex role due to Policy area being fluid, complex technical estate and wide-reaching potential to SLC and wider stakeholder due to LLE. • Established and maintained an end-to-end view of the programme (from a Business perspective; process and capabilities) and ensured that the projects were aligned/joined up both with each other, informed the overall programme and communications/decisions were flowed correctly. Outcome: • Successfully completed agreed deliverables (Design Principles and To-Be Capability Map), ran workshops and built relationships with key stakeholders (SLC Programme Manager, C-Suite SLC staff and the DfE Delivery Manager).
