ABOUT ANDREW PAUHL
I have been interested in business since I used to attend trade shows with my father and help him sell windows and doors. As a teenage athlete and coach, I chose to pursue a BSc in Kinesiology in hopes of specializing my future business career towards sports. However, during university, I developed a passion for healthcare. I have had the privilege of working on the business side of healthcare since my university graduation almost 20 years ago. Starting my career selling orthopedic braces at a retail level, I quickly moved up to management, then beyond to business to business sales in the orthopedic bracing and surgical equipment. During my time as a B2B sales rep, I honed my skills both in operating rooms and clinical settings. After many years spent in bracing clinic and hospital ORs, I took my experience and expertise into the Mobility and Medical Equipment space as a sales manager. With Covid-19, I had the opportunity to shift and jump head first into the world of e-commerce, applying my knowledge and experience in sales, marketing, customer service and healthcare in a new arena. Now, I have settled in this new chapter with HSO, joining a team dedicated to making healthcare better for all peoples around the world. I am super excited to be contributing to a great team on a fantastic mission!
