Eco Materials is a new, forward-thinking company that’s dedicated to promoting sustainability and protecting the environment. Our mission is to provide a safe and clean alternative for the disposal of construction site waste that’s environmentally friendly, sustainable, and financially responsible. This mission led to the Eco Materials Wash Plant: an innovative, state-of-the-art soil wash facility providing a safe and eco-friendly option for local development and remediation companies to dispose of their construction and excavation site waste. The Plant will utilize proven technologies and methods for reclaiming and reusing materials that would otherwise be discarded in a landfill. Through our environmentally friendly wet process utilizing reclaimed stormwater, the plant will clean and sort soil, regenerating more than 85% of inbound material, creating quality sand and aggregate materials for use in new asphalt and concrete products. The plant will produce clean washed 3/8th stone, clean washed 3/4th stone, C33 concrete sand, and fine mason sand. We can also adjust the screens and classification equipment on an as needed basis. Eco Materials will continuously process inbound soil from our customer base, with all outbound materials meeting strict PADEP standards. At full capacity, the Plant will divert tons of waste from reaching landfills, which are notoriously bad for the environment. Landfills don’t shrink over time, while limited building materials and resources do. When companies bury building materials in landfills, they simply take up space and contribute to the ever-growing problem of waste management. In contrast, sustainable resources like renewed or repurposed building materials can be used again and again, conserving natural resources and reducing waste. We’ll offer a sustainable alternative to traditional soil disposal, significantly reducing the industry’s environmental impact.
