About Andrew Padow
Over my 18 year career, I\'ve focused on developing skills that draw on my passion for solving complex problems while utilizing best practice combined with my personal drive to think outside the box and foster innovative thinking. Every role I have taken has helped frame this mindset to push the needle a bit further to deliver. As a Mechanical Package Engineer, my mission centers on aligning multidisciplinary teams to meet project cost and timelines while upholding safety and quality standards. My current role in Chevron’s Eastern Mediterranean Business Unit involves managing EPC/OEM interfaces and overseeing the development of critical turbo machinery and mechanical components, ensuring operational excellence for offshore gas platforms. Previously, I contributed to the Wheatstone LNG facility in Western Australia, where I developed strategies to achieve reliability targets through exception-based monitoring and collaboration with global operations, maintenance and reliability teams. These efforts, supported by a data-driven approach and a certificate in data science from UC Berkeley, have driven innovations in machinery optimization and risk mitigation. My focus remains on fostering collaboration, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful engineering solutions.
