Andrew Ortiz has served as a leader in the Government Relations and Nonprofit Sectors for many years and holds BA, JD and MPA degrees from Arizona State University. He previously served as the Executive Director of the Arizona Community Action Association, and as a leader at the YMCA, the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society.
