I work for Archant Media Group, as Executive Director - Local Agency with P&L responsibilities for digital, social, print and event sales revenues with multi-million turnover. A member of the operational executive management team based in Norwich. Influencer and Executive Director leader of a mixed team of account directors, managers and executives across the UK - covering Norfolk, Suffolk, Herts & Cambridgeshire, London, and the South West with a team of circa 130.I have a vast amount of experience in general management, marketing, commercial advertising sales in print, online, tablet, mobile and broadcast TV. I have previously served within Senior Management teams of four of the UK’s five top regional media companies.I have a full working knowledge of all aspects of general management of a successful modern media company and developed into an outstanding business leader, sales manager, marketer and business development professional. With experience of general management, marketing, print and digital sales, newspaper sales circulation, advertisement creation and production, door to door and pick up free distribution; I have worked in the South West and currently East of England in the UK on a combination of digital, circulated and distributed news brands, including both daily morning and evening titles, weekly paid, weekly frees, B 2 B and specialist farming publications, both national and regional, My extensive experience has culminated in my current status, and my comprehensive program of training has backed up my natural flair in my chosen field with sound theoretical knowledge and practical insight. I have worked within group development teams with senior Managers and Directors from across Archant, Newsquest, Northcliffe and Bristol United Press from differing disciplines, working on development opportunities and innovations resulting in projects being rolled out across all companies, to include full product launch and innovation. A specialist in growing top line revenue and profit with people and team development and transformation.Also I hold the post of BITC regional board member for the East of England, and vice Chairman & Non exec Director of Proudly Norfolk Food & Drink not for profit organisation based in Norwich.
