I am currently operating as a Training and Competence Manager with Furnley House, part of the renowned Superbia Group - coaching & supervising an experienced team of Financial Planners, embedding disciplines to drive the right behaviours, focused on delivering positive customer outcomes.Previously I enjoyed 11 years as a Training and Development Manager with Atomos Wealth involved in similar responsibilities including supervision of a number of Portfolio Managers. Prior to that I operated in an Area Director role, demonstrating an enthusiastic & passionate approach to driving high performance through building a culture of protecting customers\' financial futures. Helping others to be the best they can be, is what I thrive on.Specialities :I am committed to providing quality advice & enhanced customer experience, within the Retail, Corporate & HNW market place. Professional standards are very important to me & being already qualified to CII QCF Level 4 Diploma Status, I saw the need to gain the AF6 Senior Management and Supervision + J07 Supervision in a Regulated Environment management qualifications.My passion to positively influence Employee Engagement & helping to develop the right Culture, led me to receiving recognition as an Engagement Leader in a previous role. I also enjoyed my additional responsibility as a Culture Champion for my last employer, adding value to the Business where I can. 100% believe that Culture drives Conduct.Away from work, I enjoy watching sport, having played a variety of sports over the years, including cricket coaching.
