Extensive experience of Injection moulding processing, optimising and training. Currently training candidates not only from The UK and Europe but worldwide for Master moulder 1 and 2. E-Dart Cavity pressure control technology, Melt Prep, Process Control, Materials Technology and High Performance Moulding. Mould and part design. • Extensive experience in packaging, Aerosols, caps and closures, Automotive and Medical Injection Moulding.Fully trained in the use and implementation of RJG Cavity pressure technology RJG and G&A Moulding Technology trained. Experience of introducing new products and technologies into the production environment • High success rate with bringing improvements and change to the production area using process optimisation, Six sigma and 8D • Qualified Injection Moulding NVQ trainer, assessor and verifier (A1 and V1)
