In my role as a Team Lead for a B2B enterprise support team my past experiences have allowed me to have a strong foundation of support skills, exposure to multiple approaches of operational support workflows, approach projects from a user experience in mind, and help strategize projects towards KPI goals. Combining my support experience with the skills of empathy and strategy along with being in a managerial role, this has allowed me the opportunity to be the voice of the support team while optimizing and executing internal workflows and external process gaps that has noticeably improved our team moral and most importantly, enhancing the complete user support experience through some of our most challenging times. I have a passion of helping others and mentoring others; passing down the knowledge that was shared to me or learned through experience and difficult challenges in order to help others succeed.
