I lead PwC’s private business employee incentives proposition.I advise private businesses on all aspects in relation to the design, structure and implementation of their management incentive schemes and employee share schemes. This includes from a tax, legal and valuation perspective.I also advise on the impacts of corporate transactions on those arrangements including share sales, business sales and IPOs.I also advise many employee owned businesses including on their transition to employee ownership via an Employee Ownership Trust. My experience includes, amongst other things, advising on EMI schemes, CSOPs, growth shares, LTIPs, deferred bonus schemes, EOTs and employee benefit trusts.Our team prides itself on providing a “one stop shop” approach where we can advise on all aspects on a matter without the need for multiple advisers and as being market leaders on everything we do.
