Offering cost and programme saving engineered solutions that include the following- Designed and installed certified Helical Piles, benefits include no contaminated pile spoil, no engineered designed pile platform, SIC Assessment system, approved by NHBC and LABC- Underpinning Schemes, designed and installed utilising the aforementioned helical piles. Installation machine can access through a front door and work in tight spaces, for preferred safety reasons we do not install using hand held equipment- Groundworks such as below ground drainage, reduced level excavations, piling platforms- Design and Build Foundations, streamlined foundation systems- Light Steel Structures, fully designed and certified, will fit on Concrete foundations,(also designed and installed by ourselves) on existing structure for increases levels of building- Full Turnkey Services from enabling works through to completion and handover for commercial and residential schemes with a preference (to the above solutions but not essential). Self delivering the works with multi-skilled operatives and supplemented with specialist skilled operatives
