ABOUT ANDREW MOSS

With over 22 years of wide and varied experiences essential in becoming a qualified and competent construction professional and committed to continuing learning.I have been fortunate enough to have worked on both small very personal projects to major blue chip construction schemes including Retail, Healthcare, industrial, Education and Transportation Infrastructure with some of the industry’s most talented people. Commencing my career at trade level progressing to that of a construction professional I have gained both practical and professional academic qualifications at Bolton University College. I believe this first class study combined with the projects I have been lucky enough to be involved with is my greatest attribute.From 1989 to date I have significantly develop my knowledge and skills through being a self motivated individual with excellent relationship skills.I can demonstrate effective management on all aspects of construction works including environment, health and safety, programme, quality, financial control and client relationship.Having a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of technical issues and enjoy the challenge of understanding and solving difficult construction sequences, logistics and design simplification. I am a well liked and influential individual that directs and aids colleagues believing in the importance of being a “Team”.I am personally committed to safety and quality and have a non compromising approach setting high standards and performance objectives.My resume gives an indication as to my record in delivering high quality projects covering a comprehensive range of activities including groundwork’s, steel and reinforced concrete frame, multiple cladding and roofing systems,fitout, M&E to commissioning, external works, logistics and co ordination.With every project comes new experience and knowledge and look forward to being an integral part of the construction industry for many years to come.
