I’ve designed operational flowcharts, training SOPs, and on-boarding regimens for young companies, and innovated new approaches and products for legacy organizations. I’ve directed larger departments, managed smaller focused groups, and mentored individual team members. I\'ve also been known to grab a tool box and go fix something when no one else will.
