Previously in my past roles, Senior Cost Management professional in the commercial construction industry with background in preconstruction, project management & cost controls. Projects included multiple bio-pharmaceutical clients in both development and construction phases as well as multi-residential development, corporate headquarters, retail, banks & datacenters. Roles include review of bid leveling packages of GC’s and subs, technical analysis, cost controlling and tracking, change order management, pay application review & processing, creating/processing monthly financial draws for both public and private agencies, process improvement and coordination of all parties.Significant experience in general contracting and design build as well as client-side procurement and execution of capital improvement projects. Expertise in take-off and producing pricing for negotiated and hard bid projects also including all stages of conceptual budgeting. Experienced team leader in developing and managing preconstruction RFP packages and associated deliverables, defining contract scope letter criteria, bid package leveling documentation, value engineering options and presentation of complete bid analysis.
