ABOUT ANDREW MOORE

My career has focused predominantly on mediating, negotiating, litigating and implementing financial settlements upon relationship breakdown, predominantly for those with business interests. I am the author of the businesses in divorce chapter in Resolution\'s Family Law Handbook and head up the business sector in Mills & Reeve\'s national family team. I regularly draft pre/post-nuptial agreements as part of estate planning and family / owner managed business restructuring and succession planning. I advocate a bespoke approach to family disputes and wealth protection; a \'one size fits all\' does not exist.
