Andrew “Andy” Miller serves as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Single-Family, leading the more than 50 legal professionals who support Fannie Mae\'s Single-Family business. He also advises and provides support to Enterprise Risk Management and other second line risk management functions.Andy oversees the provision and coordination of legal advice and counseling to Fannie Mae’s Single-Family Business and other stakeholders, including operations, data analytics, and Single-Family risk partners in the second and third lines of defense. These responsibilities relate to all aspects of the purchase, servicing, and default management of residential mortgage loans acquired by Fannie Mae, including coordinating legal services and advice related to contracts with Single-Family Sellers and Servicers, Single-Family policy and regulatory matters, and Single-Family strategy and objectives.
