Along with this, worked with clients and general contractors directly to ensure all aspects of the design process were following the client\'s needs and done correctly- Andrew worked as a member of the Sales team, participating in multiple client meetings and events to help broaden the company\'s market- Andrew worked as a production supervisor, overseeing and leading a group of 20+ coworkers and 4 Leadspersons, while ensuring that the team met its production needs on a daily basis, as well as increasing daily efficiency\'s.
