I am dedicated to strengthening AXA XL\'s market profile through the development and enhancement of relationships with brokers and clients, focusing on the mid-market and large corporate sectors, including multinational solutions. By collaborating closely with Underwriting and Distribution, we attract and retain both new and existing clients within the Property and Casualty arena.As the primary Claims point of contact for new and prospective clients, my focus is in ensuring exceptional claims performance, service, and delivery. I actively support the Property & Casualty Claims Team in onboarding and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities:* Create tailored Claims Procedure guides for clients to enhance their Claims experience* Develop compelling claims success stories to integrate into our marketing strategy* Coordinate and participate in new pitch and renewal meetings, ensuring visibility of pipeline prospects to the Client Leadership Team (CLT)* Establish client and broker engagement plans with a commitment to a minimum of quarterly meetings with key clients* Design agendas for broker and client meetings to meet service objectives, discuss material claims, provide necessary reports, and understand market perceptions* Analyse broker surveys to identify and drive opportunities for improvement* Monitor internal performance against SLAs to inform discussions with clients and brokers, in collaboration with Claims Management* Conduct competitor analysis to advise on AXA XL\'s positioning and identify areas for enhancement* Attend industry conferences such as AIRMIC to promote the Client Service Charter
