The phrase “Prime Brokerage” is a generic name for a bundled package of services offered by investment banks to hedge funds to allow them to achieve the greatest absolute return on investment. Trident is now offering this successful business model to law firms through an integrated platform for case acquisition, case administration, and capital solutions. Trident is committed to maximizing their client’s ability to grow their law practices without letting the business of law affect their advocacy. Andrew has spent much of his career automating complex business processes, creating and administration training to existing and new staff, developing skills in his employees, and measuring the result of employee success. Andrew has over 10 years of experience in management positions, including the daily operations of call center spaces, as well as overseeing case management. He is an administrator of the Salesforce platform with in-depth knowledge of the macro and micro capabilities of Salesforce and has the ability to successfully expand upon them. Andrew has architected multiple case management system build-outs on the Salesforce platform for several firms in various types of law.
