Currently on secondment to the Qatar Projects Team working on major international pipeline isolation scopes for national operators. Main duties include managing a project from design through to execution at site. Responsible for creating & managing project plans, budgets and contract milestones. Coordination of all technical documentation, participating & chairing design, project and operational reviews and meetings. Attending client progress meetings, risk screenings, HAZIDS & HAZOPS. Preparing all procedures and risk assessments related to the scope, ensuring all necessary forms are raised for assembly & testing, and then operational deployment.
