Place all suspect material on hold, work with shipping and supplier to return defects and start the new supply of certified material. Schedule and coordinate team meetings to address supplier related concerns internal or external. Onsite visits to suppliers to investigate or address quality issues to insure parts and processes are being adhered to the required standards. Review first article inspection and PPAP documentation of supplier components. Product analyst of customer & warranty returned goods with components, purchased parts, and assemblies. Customers that we supplied to were GM, Ford, Chrysler, BMW, ZF Friedrichshafen AG, VW, Hummer and shipped domestic and internationally. Fast paced 24/7 operations that produced up to transfer cases and 450 manual transaxles daily.
