ABOUT ANDREW MAYFIELD
Andrew is an experienced Managing Director having previously been a Partner level management consultant.Currently he is the volunteer business adviser to the Bishop of Central Tanganyika, Tanzania following a career as a business unit and new R&D start-up leader and management consultant. Andrew has worked at board level with clients in Automotive, Aerospace and Defence, Hi Tech, Manufacturing, Oil/Gas and Distribution, varying from global corporates to SMEs. He has led consulting delivery and business development teams and builds strategic relationships with clients. Andrew is passionate about helping clients align with the vision, the change management journey and delivery of business and manufacturing transformation. He has a strong track record in ERP implementation and other consultancy including Manufacturing Operational Efficiency, CRM, Business Analytics and Supply Chain optimisation. Prior to consultancy, Andrew held senior management positions in the automotive industry as a business unit director, including dealer development and network management, international business start-ups in Germany and France, new product and aftermarket sales, together with supply chain re-engineering.
