About Andrew Mascillaro
I enjoy writing software that can be used by as many people as possible. From an email bot I wrote for my college\'s dining hall to an open source package for improved video calls, I\'ll learn how to write and deploy new software and share it with the people around me. I\'ve been programming for almost 10 years now and spend a lot of time learning how to do new things with software, primarily full-stack development and deployment-related work, including working with various cloud tools like AWS. I\'ve had my code featured on GitHub\'s Open Source Release Radar, been interviewed on the Stack Overflow Podcast, and won top prizes at some of the biggest hackathons in the US and Canada - all before graduating college. I\'ve had seven internship or research-adjacent experiences, including working for companies like Salesforce, Lockheed Martin, and iCims, and I\'ll be starting as a software engineer at Salesforce in November.
