I am a pragmatic and commercial Employment & Sports Lawyer with experience of both private practice and in-house environments. Most recently, I was the Director of Legal, HR & Compliance of Premier League Football Club, Norwich City. As the Club\'s in-house Counsel and a member of the Senior Management Team, I played a central role in the development of the Club\'s overall strategy and business direction, working on both the football side (player contracts, transfer agreements, compliance with FA / Premier League Regulations) and commercial side (commercial contracts, brand protection, Human Resources) of the business.
