Hi, I’m Andrew M. Belliard. I’m currently pursuing my Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management and Marketing, and I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse roles that have shaped my passion for talent acquisition and people development. With a solid foundation in HR operations, I’ve worked in environments ranging from large healthcare institutions to security services, where I’ve had the chance to lead projects, streamline processes, and, most importantly, help people find opportunities that align with their skills and passions. At NYU Langone Health, I’ve managed the onboarding of thousands of employees across multiple states, ensuring that each one is set up for success from day one. Whether it’s collaborating with a team of 75+ HR professionals or helping a new hire navigate complex state-specific regulations, I thrive in creating smooth, efficient systems that make everyone’s job easier. Beyond operations, I’m passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. As Director of Career Development at Lehman College’s Minorities in Sports Club, I’ve guided 80+ students towards internships and job opportunities, using data-driven strategies to match them with roles that align with their interests. This experience has deepened my commitment to helping people develop their careers in a meaningful way. I also believe in the power of leadership, and I strive to lead with transparency, ethics, and a realistic approach.
