Experienced leader in the Sport Development business. Key areas focus around mountain sports (Ski, Snowboard & Mountain Bike) and summer camp (Sport & Nature focused). Strong Coaching/training, communication and management skills have allowed me to build strong teams and develop programming to transform departments both in standard and revenue. Building capable and efficient teams is my strength as a leader. A good understanding of the winter sport system along side my Bachelor Degree in Sport and Exercise science and a strong background with the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors has allowed me to develop an strong feeder system from ages 3+ in recreational skiing and snowboarding all the way to providing opportunities for youth to work through the system to potentially reaching the National New Gen teams. Building key relationships has become a strong aspect of my ability as a leader. Passion and understanding of the industries has allowed influence and drive to refresh and revisit aged business units out of my area. Providing strong business plans focused around a vision highlighting clear direction and steps to achieve the outcome.
