I am co-founder of Frontier Growth, a growth equity firm in Charlotte, NC. I lead the investment committee and oversee Frontier’s investment strategy. Fundamentally, my focus is on identifying growth-stage software companies where we can make the biggest impact. Companies that are already successful but could achieve much more with the right support. Then, it’s about working with them to discover what they need to realize their potential. Core to success is being able to have open, transparent conversations about what really matters.
