About Andrew Ledbetter

Have been employed with Cintas for fifteen years.Six of those years have been spent as a service sales representative finishing my last year as a member of Captain\'s Club.In this capacity, I maintained and serviced a large customer base, all the while bringing each cutomer to their full sales potential. Facilitated training for fellow employees and customers in the health and safety field by gaining an AHA instructor certification. The last 8 years have been spent as a manager. The first 2 years were in one of our smallest markets. While there, we added 3 routes, had zero injuries, got one partner to their first Winner\'s Circle trip. I spent 6 years at our largest market managing a high power service team which was responsible for more than per month in Houston, TX. In FY15 we achieved OAA. In the last 5 years I have achieved back to back SM Winner\'s Circles and over 8 Achiever\'s Clubs. I have also helped my partners collectively achieve 6 Winner\'s Circle trips, 10 Winner\'s Circles, and 64 Achiever\'s Clubs.I am now working with the our fastest growing department in FAS Training and Compliance in the Louisville/Lexington market. In this market, after a challenging pandemic we will exceed our annual projections, by helping our market by finding flexible and reliable training solutions. Cintas is a company built on exceeding the customers\' expectations. Part of exceeding expectations is providing a wide selection of products to meet as many of the customers\' needs as possible.
