ABOUT ANDREW KWAN

With over three decades of experience in the performing arts industry, I am a recognized thought leader, accomplished arts executive, and dedicated educator and mentor. My extensive network spans nonprofit organisations, academic institutions, government agencies, and national arts associations throughout Canada and abroad. Currently, I lecture at three prominent music schools and actively contribute to selection committees, program development boards, and academic councils. I\'ve served on provincial and national music competition juries and granting agencies, while being a sought-after panellist at conferences across North America, prestigious music institutions, and arts organisations of all sizes. My extensive involvement on boards and strategic planning committees of arts organisations stem from a commitment to advancing the cultural landscape and expertise to champion the arts and shape the future of the industry.Passionate about imparting knowledge, I design and deliver engaging lectures and curriculum that empower music students and equip them for success in the industry. I\'ve authored instructional papers on career management and provided guidance through workshops and performance coachings. My mission is to nurture emerging and established musicians, helping them flourish as successful artists over the years. As the founder of Andrew Kwan Artists Management Inc, a highly regarded Canadian artist management agency specialising in personalised career development, artist promotion, and project management in classical and world music, I take immense pride in curating a world-class roster. This roster features Grammy-nominated artists, JUNO prize winners, and international competition recipients. I\'ve spearheaded the production of over 100 Mazzoleni Masters concerts and earned three \"Agent of the Year\" awards from prestigious organisations. My core competencies encompass artistic, educational, human and financial resource management, along with expertise in team building, networking, and influence.
