Neurocritical Care Experience:• Management of SAH, ruptured aneurysm, recognition, and treatment of vasospasm, EVD, and ICP monitors, hypertonic saline titration, vasoactive medications, IPH, SDH, EDH, VP shunt taps, seizure control, normothermia protocols.Operative Experience:• Competent first assistant in all neurosurgical cases including cranial, skull base, cranial vascular, spine, and peripheral nerve.• Extensive practice with intraoperative navigation systems including Brainlab, Medtronic stealth, and O-Arm.• Ability to close complex wounds from fascia up independently.• Competent to review MR and CT imaging of neuroaxisQuality Improvement Experience:• Team leader for endovascular stroke quality improvement study at Valley Hospital in conjunction with the Society of Hospital Medicine• Have participated on hospital committees to drive the quality of healthcare forward in both the neurosurgery and critical care services by developing new order sets, workflows, and solutions for difficulties in the hospital.
