   I specialize in the representation of commercial finance companies, foreign and domestic banks, hedge and private equity funds, equipment lenders and other institutional investors in all aspects of loan workouts, debtor-in-possession financing, Chapter 11 exit financings, acquisitions and divestitures under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, plans of reorganization and loan to own financings, debt restructurings and real estate workouts and foreclosures. I also have extensive experience in general corporate lending, leverage finance, asset based and cash flow lending and second lien, mezzanine and unitranche facilities.
