Consulted with a logistics company on a business process re-engineering project that the client uses for keeping track of equipment maintenance. Applied Agile into projects by collaborating with developers on what the requirements were for each task and how they applied to the importance of the project. Gathered requirements from the client by attending discussions and collaborating with my peers. Utilized JIRA to keep track of stories and bugs that we found while testing. Wrote and executed test cases for a new app using the older system as a guide while maintaining the new requirements. Empowered individuals by communicating with them on a professional level and providing constructive feedback. Created wireframes based on feedback from the client and agile stories. Participated in daily Scrum meetings with 2 other BA’s and 7 developers on what we did the previous day and report any outstanding issues. Collaborated with developers in solving complex technical problems and bugs that were critical to the client.Wrote release notes for the client/users any time we deployed a new release to Production. Led demo meetings with the client to show them the changes we made to the app. Researched functionality for a complicated process in the client’s original business processing system.
