I\'m a MBA / Chartered FCIPD HR leader and, following 5 years in high street banking and 9 years in recruitment advertising, consultancy and executive search, I have been running HR and OD functions since 2004. I\'ve held Head of Department roles at Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing, Asthma & Lung UK and at English Heritage.
