I am a behavioral health professional with expertise in facilitating the resolution of challenges that individuals experience in early recovery from mental health and addiction struggles. I am able to connect with clients through active and reflective listening methods in order to effect positive change. This role has helped me build rapport with clients, which enables them to learn the discipline, tools and habits to successfully sustain and flourish in life. The passion and focus of my studies is to explore diagnostic criteria for mental health disorders at the intersection of neuroscience and psychology.
